Hello GIS Friends,
We're running ArcGIS Enterprise Portal and are completely stuck.
The problem & critical Symptom
We get "Failed to save" error when the application tries to contact a specific administrative address: .../FeatureServer/jobs/...
The critical symptom is: Sharing works fine in the Survey123 Field App, but it fails on the Survey123 website (browser) when trying to save 'Share results' from the 'Collaborate' tab.
Technical Diagnosis
Could this be a Network Block: We checked our server's logs and the necessary POST request to the /jobs/ address is missing. Could it mean a Firewall or Proxy outside our server is stopping the request.
Or simply a Workflow Issue: It's also possible we have a simple setting wrong in the Survey123 sharing process itself.
Please help.
