Yes this is possible. Go to + new survey and create one from the sample surveys which are available in the latest version of Survey123 (see screenshot). There is one sample survey called JavaScript which has examples using the pulldata function from a json and/or feature service. I can't tell you excactly how to do this myself yet as I am trying to figure out similar things myself but I hope this helps you get started.
