exporting to excel survey123

Hi,

Can someone assist me with an issue, i created surveys using Survey123 Connect with data source on ArcGIS Enterprise, the surveys are used for baseline monitoring, i have now shared the result with users who need to do QA/QC, however, we are having issues exporting the data to any of the listed formats, the export creates the files (xlxs/zip) but won't open/extract, it says file is corrupt or damaged.

Which version of the Enterprise are you using? Did you try directly export the data of the feature layer item page on Portal?

Thank you for responding Jody, the version is 10.8, and it is a non-hosted feature layer, but a federated one.
