Error: Failed to upload Custom S123 Feature Report. Missing credentials

Hi, I'm receiving the following error when trying to upload a custom report template to S123 Error: Failed to upload intermediate/result files originalTemplate.docx to s3. Missing credentials in config, if using AWS_CONFIG_FILE, set AWS_SDK_LOAD_CONFIG=1

I was working on this file earlier today and had no issues uploading it. I've tried uploading other custom report templates against other services and I'm getting the same error. Is there an issue with the S123 report engine in AWS? The 'Health Dashboard' says everything is operating normally, but clearly, something is up.

Appreciate this post is going back a while. As you suggest, it looks like this might've been a transient error with the report engine - were you able to upload your report template in the end?
