I am a newbie to ArcGIS Survey123, and I'm wondering if there is a way to embed a "tag" within an active survey form? Similar to embedding a hyperlink, on a website. By tag, I mean a person's name, so they can see an alert that their name was was mentioned within the survey. If that is possible, do they need a ESRI account to be to see it, or is it something the general public can see? Also, can that alert be tied to any of their contact info (email address, phone number, etc...)? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
