it appears that the feature that enables Survey123 connect to update a form coming from AGO is not functioning. If I press the button (see screenshot) the app comes up but not data is actually loaded and I cant edit and subsequently update the form.
is there anything I am missing in order to be able to do that?

Hi Merlin. From the screenshot, it looks like the survey belongs to Sarah, but you are logged-in as Merlin. Only the owner of the survey can make changes to it using Connect. To double check, go into Survey123 Connect and login as Merlin. If you can see the survey, then you can download it right from Connect and republish. If you do not see it, then you do not have privileges to edit it.
thanks for the answer, two things in reply:
First, after changing ownership the button is not bringing up the form, just S123 connect. I could go from here into the survey, but thats not really a shortcut then.
Second, why would you not allow "non-owners" to edit and republish the survey? How can two users work on one survey? Switch ownership each time?
