We have a hosted survey on ArcGIS Online that is owned by our organization's login, which is an administrative account. This is the account that we initially used to build a survey123 form. Now we want to pass on the maintenance of this survey to someone on the Stormwater team.
Do we need to transfer the ownership of the survey123 data and form to this person so they can make changes to the form and data as needed?
And transfer ownership of survey data as well?
I asked because I setup a collaboration from AGOL to Enterprise and I am having issues with viewing the data in our Enterprise portal. I have ticket open for this issue, but just wanted to troubleshoot a little more before the collaboration teams responds to my open ticket.
