Creating Survey 123 Template with background and Logo's

My client is working on a template for Survery123 for all the different surveys they create because they need all of their surveys to have their colors and logo as a background. They know that they can customize each one individually but they are looking to see if they can apply a template to try to ensure that when someone creates a new survey that it will have the corporate branding. They have been using a XLS file but the images and style are not retained in the XLS.  Is it is possible to create template that they can import into another survey that will retain their branding?

In this case we would advice organisations to deploy their own custom build of Survey123.

The Survey123 field app is available as a template within AppStudio and can be customised to meet individual branding and functionality requirements. Many users have successfully adopted this approach.
