Creating a Percentage score from a list of questions on my survey

Hi All

I have a list of questions on my survey and I need to generate a percentage score to see if surveyors pass the list of questions. I have used the below syntax in the Calculations column but comes back with invalid error.

(${Question1} + ${Question2} + ${Question3} + ${Question4}) / 4

Any help would be much appreciatede

The division operator in S123 isn't the forward-slash, it's the word "div":
