I've got a set of questions that are conditioned... each one of them is conditioned to the previous one. The thing is, when we change one answer, all subsequent ones were supposed to go blank, but somehow, if we change them, even though they stop appearing in the screen, Survey123 keeps that answer stored.
Is there a way to keep it from happening? It happens with all types or questions, even text...
I'm attaching an example of that phenomenon below...
Thanks in advance!

You might be able to achieve a reset effect but making question 2 relevant on question 1 and question 3 relevant on question 2. That way if they reset question 1 it should clear out the answers for both 2 and 3. However this would only work if they clear the entire question.
A combination of relevancy, choice filters and additional questions may work. You might have to add a few more questions to get the exact effect. ie make a question for 2 with only answers from a choice in question 1, and also make it relevant on that answer being selected in question 1. Make a series of these questions to cover all options for question 1.
Hope that makes sense.
Edit: Here's a quick example:
Not sure what you mean by conditioned. If you choice filter then no they will not wipe. If you mean relevant then yes they should. No example came through on your post.
