I am using Survey123 Connect. I have two forms under a different owner with custom folder names.
I can change the owner, but when I download it creates a new folder with a different folder name, For example:
34e850d9a22kju etc....
Can I change the name of the folder after I change the owner of an existing form? If yes, how?
That is normal, dont worry about it.
That name is the surveys Item ID in Portal. And no, do NOT change those names.
EDIT: Honestly, don't change any files names or move any files created by S123 Connect/Web as a result of publishing either. That is a good way to break things.
