Carga de archivo en excel en connect / upload excel file in connect

Muy buenos días, cree una encuesta en survey 123 version web, tengo alrededor de 200 registros, ahora tengo que diseñar la misma encuesta en connect pero no quiero perder los datos ya ingresados, alguien podría ayudarme con los pasos para realizar esta operación o indicarme algún link para solucionar mi problema.

In Survey123 Connect, one of the options under New Survey is My surveys.

The items displayed include your web forms. Create a new survey from a web form and it will convert it to the XLS format. Perhaps not perfectly, but it's still better than starting from scratch!
