Cant see my geopoint?

I am trying to find survey location on map using survey123arcgias and it is not working. Only 3 green bar flashing all the time. Can anyone help?

Hi Juma,

Are you still experiencing this issue? What browser and OS are you using? Did you try to clear your browser cache?

Also, does it happen for only one survey, or all surveys you have created?

Thanks. I think sorted out  but still don't understand. I have couple of survey on the same laptop some of them do geopoint  and some of them not???? When I use my mobile phone I can  get all the geiopoint  correctly. No idea. I cleared my cache and using MacPro
