Cannot see any of our Surveys in Portal 10.6

Hi all,

I am (and all the organization) still having issues accessing our Survey Forms from our Portal 10.6.

Here is what I get:

Hi Alex,

What is the specific error you are seeing?  Is it the same as you previously experienced in https://community.esri.com/thread/235150-survey-123-portal-error-code-11-web-site ? Also, have you opened an Esri Support case on this?

There no more messages thrown at me like last time. I have opened an ESRI ticket and gave admin level to our Portal to ESRI tech support.

Esri Case #02372432 - Surveys do not appear in the Enterprise Survey123 website

When I click "Create a new survey", it says: you dont have access to this feature. required privileges: publish hosted layers. but I am an administrator.

When I went to the UC San Diego. It worked correctly at the booth that seemed to run on Portal 10.7.1. We currently are on 10.6.1
