Can you limit a report to only print the last in a repeat?

I have a survey with a customised template.  The survey has a few repeat sections but no nested repeats.  However, a significant component of the survey is the update of existing feature service data.  In order to track changes I have a repeat section that only allows Adds within the parameters.  It is used to identify the user who is working on the data at that time, the sections they wish to update (which controls the read-only function) and identifies one of three reasons for the update.  What I would like to do is when printing off a report to only include the last record in the repeat.  Thereby having a title page which outlines the last date and user to update that feature.  Is this possible?

Hi Ingrid,

There currently is not a way to select a particular related record for inclusion in a feature report.  I've taken this down as a potential enhancement, if you also want to submit this at https://ideas.arcgis.com, that would be helpful to track interest!
