My Army Corps client depends on survey data shared with them from other districts or agencies for planning and emergency management purposes and would like the ability create reports from those surveys. Is there a way to create reports from shared surveys? If not, are there plans to add this capability?

A survey's author will need to create and upload a feature report template (.docx file) for a survey; after that, viewers of the survey can create printable documents based on a submission of the survey. A non-survey author cannot create templates to a survey themselves at this time.
After the release of the report functionality from beta, the report generation API is planned to be made available as a resource for scripting (such as with the ArcGIS API for Python); this will allow a user to create a printable document based on any feature service they have access to.
