Auto converting numeric to currency in Survey 123

Hi, 

I was wonder if there was a way to have a numeric field on Survey 123 show up as currency for the end user filling out the form? For instance, we collect a lot of tax data, and once the reported numbers begin to get larger than a thousand, it can be very difficult for the end user to double check their work. Even if it doesn't add the dollar sign, it it possible to have a least the thousand separator present in numeric fields?
