Attaching documents such as safe work method statements, task procedures, manufacturer's manuals, etc.
No it is blocked. Their is a lot of interest for them to open it up. In Collector as well. I do not know why it is blocked.
Note the web form can do it but this does not work offline then.

CSVs would be huge for me!
Just saw there is going to be more support in 3.10. Not sure the specifics however.
Improved support for file question type (for attaching non-image files) on all platforms.
Confirmed and tested that I can not add CSV files to 123 in v3.10! Seems open to all files.
