Apply Survey / Inspection / Maintenance Entry to Multiple Features?

If field crews are just recording a service type such as "flushing" and what date they performed the service  against fire hydrants, is there a way to select multiple hydrants and bulk/batch apply the same entry to all selected?  I ask because selecting 1500 hydrants individually and entering a separate form for each would take field crews the whole day.  Wouldn't it just be easier to select all 1500 hydrants and apply the same flushing form entry to them, in one minute?

Why is this not possible in Survey123, Field Maps, Workforce or any mobile solution for field crews?  One can do this with ArcGIS Pro, etc., but that negates the power of field crews entering in services they perform and not having to pass that off to somebody else to perform in ArcGIS Pro....?

you can do this by using Arcgis webapp builder , there is a widget called batch attribute.

Maintenance / Services / Inspections are RELATED RECORDS in a RELATED TABLE.  They are not attributes.  So no, one can not do that.  ESRI has no batch related records tool in any software or solution, as crazy as that sounds...
