analyze cannot get answers from question with domains

When I go to analyze my data I get the message "Cannot get answers for this question. Details: an error occurred during querying related feature service."  on several of the questions.  They all seem to be questions with domains. 

This survey is built on an existing sql feature service.

Hi Kyle,

Can you please provide some more information on this issue. What version of Portal are you using and how it is configured exactly? Is the Portal public facing?

Is the survey published via Connect, if so what version and also can you provide a copy of your xlsx form for further testing?
