After installation of version 3.12.274 decimal separator (,) is not inserted

I have in the form several fields of decimal type, with number appearance. When you click on the field to fill in, the control with the comma button appears, but when you click on it, the comma is not inserted.

In the attached screenshot, I tried to enter the number 123,45.

In previus version its ok.

@GeoprocessamentoCerradinho  Thanks for reporting. We will shortly be releasing an update to the field app to address this particular issue. The update is planned to be available before the end March, likely the week of the 15.
