Access to Survey123 using a public account

I successfully installed the  the ArcGIS Survey123 in my android phone. when I sign in to ArcGIS online it was DENIED with the phrase "Public Account user cannot access this application". How can I start my survey in this app?.. please help.

I don’t think you can access a survey123 with a public account. You need to have a subscription account in order to access your survey. Unless if your survey is completely accessible to the public. Then no account should be required at all and your survey will be accessible through the app.

i get the same message i can log into esri website but not survey123 app on android
