24-Hour (Military) Time

Is there any way to change the user interface design to enter time as 24-hour/Military time instead of AM/PM?

Where is the enhancement request for this concept so I can give it a thumbs up?  We would really like this functionality for all the law enforcement and emergency management surveys we create for them.  Thanks!

Hello, has this been resolved? The format-date${field_name} function is not working. Has there still been no implementation of 24hr time formatting to Survey123?
