Survey123 App - Manual language set

Survey123 for ArcGIS‌ - I know that the Survey123 application is a multi-language application, but the application language is configured using the OS language. A configuration location to manually change the language of the Survey123 application would be a good way for some users who have an OS with an international language (English, for example), but would like to switch to their language. Nowadays, this is not possible.

I believe this is already available, unless you mean "language conversion-on-the-fly"?

If you go into the Survey123 connect and click on the tutorials, there is a video that shows you how to accomplish this.

There is also a sample available when creating a new survey also.

Really, configure a Survey with many languages is possible, and I know how to do this, but I’m talking about the Survey123 application options and not about the many languages in an specific survey. In my case, per example, the computers of my company have the English version of Windows and, because of this, when I install the Survey123 app, this application is automatically set to English (with “Collect”, “Inbox”, “Outbox”, “Draft”, “Sent” items in main menu – in English), but when I install Survey123 app in a Portuguese SO, the application is configured to Portuguese language (with “Coletar”, “Caixa de Entrada”, “Caixa de Saída”, “Rasculho”, “Enviados” items – in Portuguese). I already call for my ESRI partner in Brazil and my partner asked directly for ESRI about this case and the answer was that this application don’t have a manual language configuration, but that I could suggest this for the Survey development team.

Please, if this option exist in this application, let me know how to set my Survey123 app to the Portuguese language, in a English Windows SO.

That is a completely different item, than what I had provided to you. I do not know the answer to that question, but that is a great question and idea.
