S123 content tags and Content Controls in Word

We use Quick Parts in Word to fill in some repeating items like Client Name and Address:

After switching to S123, if we generate a Feature Report, all that info is dumped into the report wherever we put a tag. E.g., ${client_name} will dump Client Name everywhere we need it. That functionality is great, but doesn't help if the client name needs to be updated in the report at a later date.

If we could put the S123 tags into one of these Quick Parts, that would be ideal.

Feature Reports are fine with Content Controls, but Quick Parts are ignored entirely. In my test document, I have two fields:
