Detailed Release/Change Notes for Survey123

Recently we had a form mysteriously stop working. It turned out some functionality had been fixed in Survey123 to correct a previous issue. 

It would be good to have some more descriptive release notes, rather that the "What's new" page. 

If there is a change to how a form behaves in Survey123 it would be good to know ahead of the release so we can plan/test. Unfortunately in Survey123 Connect the form behaved differently to the IOS app.

Please.... More detailed Release/Change notes
