Count Vehicle Numbers changing within a period of time

If a survey format needs to be designed in such a manner that it should consist different items (e.g. Vehicle Type) with a changing number that needs to be counted with a period of time of for 24 hours, then its not possible to prepare such a Survey Format using ArcGIS Survey 123 available options. To describe it more, suppose a surveyor wants to count number of 5 different types of vehicles passing a location for 10 minutes time span. The surveyor needs to count the number of 5 different types of vehicles with a separate pen - paper and then can input final result in the survey, which basically reduce the efficiency of ArcGIS Survey 123. So kindly look into it so that people can "Add Count" options in their survey format and make surveys more hassle free.

Have you looked at the spinner appearance? That seems like it might fit the description of what you're looking for.
