My organization heavily utilizes the Survey123 field app for collecting data in the field. Sometimes users have to go to a location multiple times and add to the information they've already collected. Our workflow also pulls in data for them from our internal GIS system to pre-populate/update some fields for them. As such, we make use of the Inbox functionality as a standard practice.
Currently we utilize labels and color coding with regard to symbols on the Inbox map as well as in the instance name in the Inbox list. It would be nice to provide a customized legend in the map for our users to help them recall which color/symbol means what on the map itself, but ideally, the legend would describe the symbols/colors in the map view as well as the color definition in the list view of the Inbox as well.
Current use case example: Use color coding and filtering in the Inbox list to denote overall job status (not started, in progress, completed), while map colors/symbols denote fielding & review status (not started, fielding in progress, fielding completed, ready for review, approved, etc.).
