I have maps that I created using last year's version of the street network in StreetMap Premium. I recently updated StreetMap Premium and would like to have my existing maps point to the new StreetMap files. The older files are in a folder named "StreetMap."
I tried renaming that folder "StreetMap 2013" and putting the new files in a folder called "StreetMap." But when I tried to open the existing maps, ArcMap shut down without any error messages.
This wasn't a problem with plain old shapefiles. Do I have to go into every map and delete the old streets layer and add the new streets layer? Is there any way to make this less labor intensive (other than using Python)?
