The QR code to ArcGIS Storymap not working

I am working on a project. I want to share my StoryMap using a QR code, so people can scan and view it on a mobile device.

I used the default QR code created by sharing. It would take me to my StoryMap, but it cannot show the content when I scan it using my iPad. Is it because the iPad does not support the website, or is something wrong with the sharing function itself?

Could be a sharing setting on the story, or on maps you've embedded in it.

I assume you are not logged in to your organization on your iPad. If the map and embedded content are not shared with "Everyone (public)" they will not be viewable on the device when you get the link from the QR code.
