Story Maps requesting a sign in

Hello,

I have taken over the operation of a number of story maps that were created by another user at my organization. All of the maps and files are shared publically and have worked in the past, however, today the maps are all asking for a sign-in when anyone tries to access them. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Thank you!

@KelseyFitzgerald -- It looks like some of the maps and content items are in an ArcGIS Online organizational subscription that has been disabled. Please have one of your administrators contact Esri Customer Service for more information.
