Story Map created at my previous institution no longer loading?!

Hello all, I created a fantastic storymap some years back while I was a PhD student.  It is/should be at:

I have since created an official DOI for this and it has been cited/etc.  However, when I try to load this nowadays, it simply doesn't!

Any suggestions about how to contact ESRI to get this restored?  Is it futile to even try?  When I login to my esri with my current institutional credentials, it informs me that I am not allowed to even create a support ticket.  It says to take it up with my IT dept. But obviously this would be way outside their purview.  What the F should I do!?? Any insight would be helpful.

It is possible that the ArcGIS Online admin at your previous institution unshared the item. You would need to contact them.
