Publishing error Storymaps

I am working on a storymap with a few other people and we were fine until yesterday and now it seems no one can publish. we receive the error message below. we have tried removing things and republishing, but nothing works. "sorry some content could not be checked, etc." What can we do?

Do multiple people edit the storymap at the same time? If so, this may cause issues. As Owen suggests, it would be best to raise this with your local Esri Distributor to investigate.
