If your StoryMap is shared publicly in ArcGIS Online it can be found through search engines or by browsing/searching ArcGIS Online content.

thank you very much for replaying. you mean in my organizational ArcGIS online platform?
Yes. ArcGIS Online is one system. Once you share something outside of your organization it is public content.
If you instead would be using ArcGIS Enterprise, the meaning of sharing something publicly depends on how your IT department has set up ArcGIS Enterprise.
so that means once I have shared publicly without my ArcGIS online organizational members there's a possibility to someone else also have find it (without URL link) right?
Yes. You can read more about it here: Share items—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation
"Everyone (public)—Sharing with everyone makes your item public; anyone who has access to ArcGIS Online, including anonymous users, can find and use your item, and group owners can include it in their group content. If the item is a feature layer, anyone can export data from the layer when they access it from clients other than ArcGIS Online."
It also helps search engines find content if you add metadata about the item.
