Multi-page Story Maps

I'm wondering if it's possible to create a Story Map with multiple pages, rather than one long scrolling page. I know that there's the "Collections" option, but that's not really what I'm looking for. I have a project with 5 different "chapters," each about a different geographical region. I'd like the home page to be a map that shows these regions, along with a brief intro of the overall project - then I'd like viewers to be able to click on map pop-ups to take them to individual pages about each region. Is this possible? If so, where can I find information about how to configure this kind of site? Thank you!

@iperiod - Thanks for sharing what you are looking to create. I have to say that this really does sound like a perfect project for a collection!

Once you create your story chapters you'd add them to a collection. The collection cover can have a title and there are a few areas you can add introductory text or a description. You can also add a map to the cover page (in the Design panel). Then, you can set locations on the map for each chapter of your story. In the map settings, you can pull in your own web map if there are specific layers you'd like to show (like the boundaries of each region). Clicking each location on the map brings up a pop-up that will launch you into each chapter.

You can also change the appearance of the collection (and the stories within it) by using one of the many themes that are available or by creating your own custom theme by configuring whatever fonts, colors, and other styles you like.

Here's are a few examples:

If I haven't convinced you, or there is something very specific the collection doesn't have that you need, you might be able to accomplish something similar with ArcGIS Experience Builder or ArcGIS Hub.

Ok, thanks so much - I'll look into it! My main hesitation about doing this as a Collection is that I really don't want a split screen for the cover page. Otherwise, yes, it would make sense. Is it possible to have the cover be just a single pane?
