Issues with Map tour on Android after latest update and with scrolling on iOS

Hello, we elaborated the interactive story Angst and Coal Ash (still it is only in Bulgarian) using ArcGIS StoryMaps. Since the update of the platform on 5th of June, the Map tour that is integrated within our story stopped working properly on a mobile device using Android. It does not show the photos of the 8 objects and the related information. Just shows the map with the objects but when you scroll down, instead of showing info and a pic of the objects, it goes directly to the next paragraph.
However, the Map tour is working properly on the PC version. Please see the screenshots for mobile and for PC.

In addition, we received feedback from user: "I couldn't get to the end of the article - on a mobile device (iOS 18.5) via Safari there is a problem - it gives an error when scrolling (around the middle) and then refreshes the page from the beginning".

@IlonaZhuravleva - Thank you for this feedback. We are aware of the map tour issue and are working on getting a fix out for it soon. For more information and a workaround you can implement to temporarily avoid the issue, see Re: Storymap not opening properly on mobile device... - Esri Community.

This story is extremely long, and phones have limited memory compared to laptops and desktops. StoryMaps do a lot to manage performance and memory, but there is only so much that can be done when a web page is overloaded with content. I would suggest that you try to reduce the size of the story or look to break it up into multiple stories that you can add to a collection. You can do this by duplicating the story.
