Is it possible to move the Navigation Bar or add text above the Navigation Bar?

Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible to move the location of the Navigation Bar or conversely, add text above the Navigation Bar?  

As an example, I am wanting to move the text block show highlighted above the Navigation Bar.

@KathrynHailes -- The story cover is the only element that above the navigation bar, so at this time there isn't a way to add more text in that area. There are some other cover layouts that you can explore in the Design panel that might have a different layout that meets your needs.

If you are interested in seeing this capability added, it would be great if you could create a new thread on the Ideas Board and share details about what you are trying to do and how you'd expect this to work. Do you want that text to be pinned at the top of the screen when readers scroll into your story, or would it just be another text element that is part of the cover and disappear after people scroll down? Currently the navbar sticks at the top of the window, so please describe the behavior you are looking for.

Creating an idea on our ideas board will let others vote or comment on this idea so we can determine if it is something that many people will use, and that helps us to prioritize what our team works on.
