How to replicate button navigation feature in Sidecar?

I found a cool navigation feature on another StoryMap website and can't figure out how to duplicate on my website. 

The third section of this StoryMap uses buttons to navigate through different maps. How did they do this?? It appears to be using the Sidecar, but all the maps are on one slide.
