Are there any plans to allow adding of existing feature layers from Content in Express Maps interface?

I would like to be able to draw on the fly using my existing feature layers as context.

Cheryl Hagevik‌ -- We don't have plans for bringing ArcGIS layers into express maps at this time; however, you can already bring your own web map with contextual layers into a map tour (guided or explorer).
