AI Assistant greyed out even though it is activated in AGOL. ESRI Tech recommended posing...had no answer.

ESRI tech support recommended that I post here.  I activate the AI Assistant for Apps to use in my Story Maps.  However, it is still greyed out.  ESRI tech does not know why as he tested the same settings on his end and it worked fine.

@ICONEngineering -- Thank you for looking to utilize the AI assistants in ArcGIS StoryMaps.

The AI assistants are in beta, so your organization must also allow beta apps and capabilities. We will make Esri Support aware of the notes about this requirement in our what's new blog and documentation.

> It is important to note that your organization administrator will need to enable AI assistants, and because these features are in beta, will also need to allow for beta apps and capabilities.

> Note: Your ArcGIS Online administrator must configure assistants before you can access the ArcGIS StoryMaps assistant (beta), including turning off the Block Esri apps and capabilities while they are in beta setting.
