It would allow an user to click on the icon (e.g. bell), which would ask for user's e-mail onto which user would receive notifications whenever a new StoryMap is published by that certain StoryMap maker (account).
This is a very nice suggestion! Can be interesting to alert users about the presence of new updates, especially if the StoryMaps contains information that are periodically updated, e.g. with data collected in the field.
