Seeking greater design flexibility for ArcGIS StoryMap Collection header(s)

It would be nice to be able to toggle the StoryMaps Collection overview button on or off. 

Also, two headers appear across the top of the StoryMap Collection page, one for the application's title, a generic icon and a button to open the collection overview. It would be nice if instead of having two headers, those elements could be relocated to a single header, with the ability to adjust font size to fit all content, if needed.
