Make the "Add Content Block" symbol visible by default in the new StoryMaps template

The new StoryMap template is great, but I'm spending a surprising amount of time hovering my mouse, waiting for the "Add Content Block" symbol to appear. It'd be great if one was always visible in draft mode, anchored at the bottom of the screen (we already know it will follow the last content block in our story.

Hi @KelleeKoenig1! We did make some improvements in this area a while ago. You should always see a grey + when hovering over or below the last block in the story to indicate where you can click to add more content.

If this is this something that is still causing frustration, please let us know!
