When a Story Map is saved but not published, it can not be shared with a group. It is not obvious that the Story Map needs to be published first. The group sharing selection simply is not applied, which causes irritation.
- mark the Story Map as "Draft" or "Not Published" in the Item details
- show an error message when sharing is not possible caused by Story Map being in draft state
