For the past few weeks, there has been an issue in ArcGIS StoryMaps that caused uploaded audio files to not play as expected. We wanted to let the community know that this issue is now FIXED.
If you have stories with recently uploaded audio files that didn't work, you can fix them in your story simply by uploading the files again.
If you had existing stories with audio files that you uploaded before this problem started, don't worry! This issue didn't affect any previously uploaded audio files that were already working as expected. If you uploaded your audio file and it played as expected, you're good to go. If you were affected by this bug, you would have seen the issue immediately after adding the audio clip.
