There are some great Solutions for Emergency and Disaster Response, but when my own community experienced a Natural Disaster (Derecho) these services would have been unusable. We had no internet and no cell service for days. I wonder if ESRI could develop a response team for it's user to help aid communication access in the wake of disasters so these Solutions can be used in the worst scenarios.
