Election Polling Places Web Application Enhancements

The election Polling Places Application published by the Local Government Team is a great web application template.  Here are a couple of suggestions that would make it even better:
 

1. Accommodate for mail in ballot precincts (no polling place, no directions).
2. Because precincts and polling places change each election depending on issues being voted on, the ability to toggle off all the polling place functionality and just make it an "elected officials" app between elections would be nice.
3. Make the Elected Officials information available in the mobile device format as well.
