Edit MapService Using JavaScript

I have MapService which has a Feature access capability on my ArcGIS server.

Can i edit this feature using Javascript API (i mean using web application)?

is there any samples regarding this question?

You Just should replace the feature layer in the sample by yours.

I should mention that I'm new for web application.

I just checked this example.

it doesn't update changes to my database.

Do I need additional function to save edits?

Also which service should I use to edit features through web application?
