The current WPF SDK is now the version 10.2.3. It can be downloaded from here.

If you start a new project you should also consider using the new .Net API.

Hi,

You need to go to http://customers.esri.com/ and log in with an ESRI global ID that has an EDN subscription associated with it and you'll be able to download all the EDN software, including the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF.

Please can you provide some more information?

Or alternatively - please contact you local distributor.

Thanks

Just upgraded. Works great. Also discovered AppDataPath property. That is useful!

The functionality in the new API looks great, and as a user of the earlier version ArcGIS API for WPF 2.4 I would really like to upgrade to use this library instead. However, while the earlier version was freely available, it seems like I need an EDN subscription in order to get hold of the new API. Could you clarify for me whether it is possible to get hold of the API without an EDN subscription? I do not need all the other stuff that comes with and EDN subscription, and cannot really afford the yearly cost of having this subscription.

Hi,
Could someone please tell how is ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF different from ArcGIS API for WPF?
Also, how can I make sure the Application I am building uses ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF and not the ArcGIS API for WPF?
Kindly reply ASAP.
