PictureFillSymbol only supports tiled

In the 10.x runtime SDK you were able to use FillSymbol for loading a picture (png) in a polygon and you could set the fill stretch to fill.
In 100.x runtime the PictureFillSymbol only supports tiled, how do we do this in the 100.x runtime?

The option to stretch is not available in 100.x series. It is not  on the road map for future release either. If you check other authoring platforms like ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online there isn't really a concept of using picture fill in stretched mode.

Could you please explain why you need this feature or what is your workflow that requires it?

look ,a image render along the road to show the vertical distribution of particle pollution. the image has fixed width（mayby 1000×600）.  i want to make a  polygon along the road and render（stretching） by the image.

Sorry, I can't understand your requirement. Where exactly you want the polygon and what is the problem?
